Lexan™ Thermoclear™  Plus Solar Control  Sheet

This transparent Lexan™  Thermoclear Plus polycarbonate will allow 25% less of the IR rays than standard Lexan™. This is due to a proprietary additive which with let in the light but keep the heat out. Due to the fact that the additive technology is inherent to the polymer, the solar control properties will be permanent. This will save energy costs for cooling and lighting. The heat beneath the sheet is reduced, while the light transmission remains high.  For complete details see the specification sheet. This polycarbonate is an 8mm twinwall. It is UV protected on the one side. It is not available with anti condensate feature. This polycarbonate is only available in 6' widths. It carries the same warranty as the other Thermoclear Plus products. It will not vary in light transmission more than 2% over a ten year period. The cost is $1.99 per square foot.

Please contact us for a shipping quote. These costs do not include crating and shipping. The crating is calculated by multiplying the length of the longest sheet by $13.00 for 6 foot wide. Minimum crating charge is $80.00. Please note: Shipping for polycarbonate is done by Common Carrier (trucking companies). If you are looking for less than 8 sheets it is often not worth the cost to have them shipped. We do not offer pick up. Also, we will not cut sheets small enough to ship UPS. If you are looking for less than 8 sheets we would suggest Solexx as an appropriate substitute. It can be shipped UPS.
